Brad Pitts
Founder & CEO
MSN, CRNA
Brad earned his Nurse Anesthesiology degree from Arkansas State University. He has served in a variety of health care settings for over 20 years, with over 12 years of clinical and didactic anesthesia experience, in a wide range of environments. Also, Brad currently serves as President-Elect for the Arkansas Association of Nurse Anesthetists. He has a passion for serving others and appreciates the opportunity to make a positive impact in patient’s lives.
Kristen Morris
MSN, CRNA
Kristen completed her nurse anesthesiology degree at Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, TX. She has worked in healthcare for the past 20 years in a variety of health care settings including caring for the most critical patients at UAMS and Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
She has over 12 years of academic and clinical anesthesia experience including, but not limited to, adult and pediatric outpatient and inpatient care, obstetrics, pain management, critical care anesthesia, endoscopy centers, and office based anesthesia. However, Kristen’s passion is children and she specializes in pediatric anesthesia after spending 7 years at Arkansas Children’s Hospital as a CRNA. She was the Clinical Instructor at ACH for student nurse anesthestists, which included students from three different universities. She played a major role in the accreditation process for the UAMS CRNA program and was on the interview panel for the first two CRNA classes at UAMS. Kristen received the top 40 under 40 nurse leaders award in 2020.
Kristen joined Prime Anesthesia in August 2021 and has never looked back. She absolutely loves every aspect of her career. She enjoys providing anesthesia at a variety of different places and covering all the various specialities. Kristen is very personable and loves all the relationships she has formed with the various staff she works with along with her patients and their families.
Beth Williams
DNAP, CRNA
Beth is a native of Arkansas and completed her Doctorate of Nurse Anesthesiology Practice education through Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. She is also a graduate of Lankenau School of Nurse Anesthesiology (Philadelphia,PA) and UAMS alumni. She has practiced in healthcare for more than 37 years in a variety of settings including UAMS, Arkansas Children’s Hospital, Saint Christopher’s Hospital for Children (Philadelphia), Seton/Brackenridge Hospitals ((Austin), Shriner’s Hospital for Children (Shreveport), University of Texas Southwestern/Parkland, Baylor Scott and White of Texas and Arkansas Heart Hospital.
Beth has more than 30 years of clinical and academic anesthesia experience including pediatric and adult care, critical care, transplant and cardiac anesthesia, endoscopic centers and office based anesthesia (pediatric and adult, dental, oral surgery, plastics, and fertility) services. Beth’s passion is for children and she focuses on the care of special needs patients and their families. Beth has provided many years of clinical and an academic instruction for student nurse anesthesiology residents in multiple settings. She has also developed and implemented Opioid Free Anesthesia services for several institutions.
Beth joined Prime Anesthesia in 2019 and truly enjoys caring for her patients and their families. She values her colleagues very much and has developed many valuable professional relationships through her practice.
Brian Anderson
CRNA
Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from UAMS in 2006. Post graduation he completed his critical care nursing at UAMS Intensive Care Unit focusing mainly on neuro, trauma, medical and surgical patients. With the plethora of knowledge and experience caring for Arkansas’ sickest patients, he decided to further his education to the graduate level. In 2013 Brian completed his Master of Science in Nursing degree from Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, TX.
Brian is approaching 20 years of healthcare experience and enjoys caring for his patients during all phases of their perioperative stay. While he enjoys caring for all age populations his primary focus is on the adult surgical experience.
Brian joined PRIME Anesthesia in May 2021. The professional, respectful colleagues and work/life balance was his main attraction to PRIME and continues to be some of the reasons he enjoys his career.
Heather Cody
CRNA
Heather has been a Registered Nurse since 1997. She earned her Nurse Anesthesiology degree through a Master of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State University in 2012.
Her nursing experience has been mainly in ICU and surgical services. However, the favorite portion of her nursing career, and her specialty, is pediatric anesthesia. She loves working with the kiddos. She enjoyed many years of practice in the Pediatric Anesthesia Department at Arkansas Children's Hospital. Heather has also served the last 3 years at ACH as the Chief CRNA as well as been on the APRN Council and the Medical Accreditation Board of the hospital.
Currently, she loves all aspects of her work-life by providing anesthesia for various populations and services-- children to adults, office-based dental anesthesia to hospital-based neurosurgery.
J Smith
CRNA
​J Smith earned his nurse anesthesiology degree from Arkansas State University. He has over ten years of clinical anesthesia and academic experience focused on pediatrics. J strives to be the best father he can be and emphasizes the care of each child is as he would provide for his own daughter.
Steve Hill
CRNA
I am a native Arkansan and received my BSN from UAMS College of nursing. I completed my Anesthesia training at Truman, Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri and graduated anesthesia school in 1992.
I worked at Baptist Health in Little Rock for 10 years. I also worked at Conway Regional for five years. I have enjoyed private contract work from 2006 to the present.
I've been married for 34 years and I have three daughters and three grandchildren.
Tiffany Fikes
RN
Tiffany attended the accelerated Registered Nursing program thru UALR graduating in 2012. After graduation she began working in Searcy at Unity hospital in the operating room. Though pre op and pacu were learned, her favorite was circulating. Following working at Unity she began circulating at Arkansas Surgical Hospital where she learned to scrub in during surgical cases to help assist as necessary. From there she took a contract at UAMS in the main Operating Room as both a circulator and as the charge nurse on nights and weekends. Over the years she has taken some travel assignments but managed to stay local for her family. Tiffany has been with Prime Anesthesia for 2 years now in a nursing roll. She loves getting to know her patients and building trusting rapports with them. Currently she assists with multiple aspects of the Prime team dynamic. Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and crafting.
Asa Pittman
DNAP, MSN, CRNA
Dr. Pittman earned his initial nurse anesthesiology degree from Arkansas State University and his doctorate from Missouri State University. He has over 15 years of clinical anesthesia and academic experience. He enjoys getting to know his patients over time and forming meaningful bonds with them.

Jasmine Black
CRNA

Jasmine Black earned her Nurse Anesthesiology degree from Texas Wesleyan University in 2013. She has 8 years of anesthesia experience in numerous settings including adult outpatient and inpatient care, pain management and critical care anesthesia. Jasmine’s healthcare experience includes 4 years at Baptist Health in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, Cardiovascular Prep and Recovery Unit, and the Clinical Decision Unit prior to becoming a Nurse Anethesiologist. She enjoys caring for her patients and takes pride in her work by ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for her patients.
John Hooten
CRNA
John earned his Master’s degree in nurse anesthesiology from Arkansas State University.
As a Registered Nurse since 2002, he has enjoyed the last 14 years training for and providing anesthesia services in a wide variety of settings.
Over a decade of John’s career as a CRNA was spent at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. There he gained invaluable experience while caring for thousands of children, from tiny newborn infants, to giant college football players, to special needs patients of all ages.
“While I love pediatrics, I’m excited to take my skill set into other areas of anesthesia practice.
For me it’s always been about making that one kid or that one nervous patient feel at least a little bit more at ease while making sure they are comfortable and safe.”
Katie Cohen
CRNA

Katie Cohen is a native Arkansan with over 15 years experience in the healthcare field. Katie graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2007 with her BSN and from Arkansas State University in 2012 with her MSN. Since graduating with her nurse anesthesiology degree, Katie has delivered anesthesia in a variety of settings and across all age groups. Previous work experiences include UAMS, Arkansas Children’s Hospital, outpatient endoscopy, outpatient surgery and outpatient pediatric dental services. Providing a safe and comfortable experience for patients and their families is the top priority for Katie.
Katie has been married for 13 years and has three wonderful and wild children who occupy her time outside of work.
David Carlisle
CRNA
​David Carlisle has been serving in healthcare since 2007, when he graduated from the University of Arkansas with his BSN. From there he worked at St Vincent Infirmary mainly focusing on cardiovascular intensive care. David graduated in 2012 from Arkansas State University with his Nurse Anesthesia degree. He has worked in the hospital setting, outpatient surgery centers, obstetrics, and gastroenterology centers. David joined Prime Anesthesia in 2023 and looks forward to taking great care of you and your family members.
Jacque Dyer
CRNA

Jacque’s career started as an LPN working in the hospital. She always wanted to work in the operating room, so when an opportunity arose to learn to be a scrub tech she took in all the information she could. After 20 years she can proudly say she he has enjoyed working in Orthopedic Surgery- specifically total joints, and Ortho/Spine including spinal fractures, scoliosis and herniated discs. Jacques adventures didn’t end in those two specialties, she has also spent time working for AR Childrens Hospital, John McClelln VA, UAMS and AR Urology. Jacque joined Prime Anesthesia full time in 2022. She enjoys the different aspect of working closely with her patients, who are awake! Education is very important to Jacque, she is currently enrolled at UARK-BSN program. Most of her free time is spent with her grandchildren and children. Jacques devotes time volunteering with her community service organization, “Its all about giving back when you have been blessed with His grace!”
Ronnie Daniel
CRNA
Ronnie Daniel has been a CRNA for over 14 years, earning his Masters of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Texas Wesleyan University in 2010. He has served as a healthcare professional for over 33 years working in a variety of settings including EMS, ER, Flight RN, ICU and now providing anesthesia in multiple locations such as the hospital, surgery centers and an endoscopy center where he serves as Chief CRNA.

Ronnie and his wife Lindsay joined the Prime Anesthesia team in 2023. They enjoy providing anesthesia daily to ensure patients comfort and safety. They strive to provide excellent care to each and every patient they encounter.
In their spare time, they both enjoy the work life balance that Prime Anesthesia offers. Ronnie is an avid runner and enjoys being outdoors. Lindsay also enjoys being outdoors and loving on their dogs. Most of their spare time is spent making memories with their family, kids and grandkids.
Lindsay Daniel

Lindsay Daniel has been a CRNA for over 14 years, earning her Masters of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Texas Wesleyan University in 2010. She has served as a healthcare professional for over 24 years including ICU, Labor and Delivery and now providing anesthesia in hospital and surgery center /endoscopy settings.

Lindsay and her husband Ronnie joined the Prime Anesthesia team in 2023. They enjoy providing anesthesia daily to ensure patients comfort and safety. They strive to provide excellent care to each and every patient they encounter.
